Mix the dough If it's too dry add water a tsp at a time It it's too wet, add flour a Tbs at a time |
Roll the dough thin, but not too thin. I roll this about as thick as my pie crust. Then i cut it with a fluted pastry cutter. I cut the rectangles to be 1 to 1 1/2" by 2 1/2" wide Prick crackers with a fork. |
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes The thicker they are, the longer they will take to cook. Use pastry brush to brush tops with 4 Tbs butter Salt crackers with sea salt |
