You can knead the salt into the dough when you mix all of the other ingredients.) After flipping tortillas, let them cook another 30-60 seconds. Cinnamon Tortillas: i add 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 Tbs maple syrup and 1 Tbs flour to dough before soaking. i either cook them like traditional tortillas or i cut them into 6 triangles per tortilla and bake them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes. | Enchiladas: i do use this recipe to make enchiladas, but i don't cook them first. i put the stuffing in, and bake them with everything else. |
